Rethinking organizations for the agentic era–featuring Nicholas Bloom, Professor of Economics at Stanford, and Patrick Collison, Co-founder and CEO of Stripe

New research shows that U.S. executives predict that AI will almost double productivity growth over the next three years. We’re bringing together Nicholas Bloom—one of the world’s leading labor economists—and Stripe’s Patrick Collison for a candid exploration of how AI is already impacting employee productivity, and how finance leaders can approach headcount planning in the months ahead. We’ll also cover what the data shows about how to successfully manage a hybrid workforce.

Stablecoins for global expansion and treasury management–featuring Jackie Reses, CEO of Lead Bank, and David Sykes, CCO of Klarna

As stablecoins move from the edge to the core of financial infrastructure, they offer CFOs a transformative toolkit for optimizing global liquidity and achieving instant, 24/7 settlement. Hear real-world examples from David Sykes and Jackie Reses, who have successfully moved money across borders with stablecoin while navigating regulatory compliance and risk.

Usage-based and hybrid models better link product value to revenue, but they also change the operating model behind forecasting, cost-to-serve, and billing. Join Thomas Seifert and Scott Woody for a discussion on how CFOs are leading this shift—aligning finance, product, and GTM to drive growth with clear unit economics, stronger forecast confidence, and board-ready visibility.

How is AI changing the CFO office? Featuring Krishna Rao, CFO of Anthropic, and Eric Glyman, CEO of Ramp

Driven by AI-powered transformation, the finance function is quickly becoming the strategic nerve center of modern enterprises. This Fireside Chat between Krishna Rao and Eric Glyman explores how leading companies are rethinking the CFO’s role, from automating routine work to deploying AI as a core tool for decision-making. What does the finance org look like when AI handles the rote work? Where are the real productivity gains? What will the future CFO office look like, and how can we prepare for that future today?

Capital innovation for the AI era–featuring Sarah Youngwood, EVP and CFO of Nasdaq, and Barry McCarthy

Innovation is not just the domain of product development; it's reshaping finance. To navigate new financial rails, shifting market structures, and unprecedented capital demands, the most forward-thinking companies are increasingly treating their balance sheet as a weapon to drive value.

This session explores financial innovation as a strategic lever to respond to evolving market dynamics and capital flows. Sarah Youngwood and Barry McCarthy will help us explore questions like: As public markets become increasingly dominated by a small number of companies, how can we create value for a broader set of stakeholders? How are AI companies financing the massive buildout ahead? How are new financial rails expanding markets and unlocking channels that didn't exist before?

Field to finance: how to build championship cultures–featuring Saquon Barkley, Ken Katz, and Eric Glyman

What separates good organizations from truly elite ones? As AI reshapes every industry, the leaders in this room face the same fundamental challenge that defines championship teams: how do you attract extreme talent, build a culture worth staying for, and perform at the highest level when the stakes have never been higher?

In this conversation, NFL star Saquon Barkley will share the lessons forged on the field — about mental resilience, building trust within a team, and what it takes to show up at your best when everything is changing around you. The insights are more relevant than ever for finance leaders navigating a moment that demands not just strategic clarity, but a new kind of cultural leadership.
