Accounting roadmap

An accounting roadmap is a plan created by the accounting department to bring a company from one point to another. This is done by setting goals and outlining a series of actions that need to be taken to achieve those goals. Those actions are placed in sequence, with several milestones along the way, to measure progress. An example of this is the easing of production to cut back costs in a certain department. The financial goals of that process would be on the accounting roadmap.
