Microlending

Microlending is a finance term used to describe the lending of small amounts (under $50,000) to individuals and businesses who may not qualify for traditional loans from established financial institutions. Microloans are popular with entrepreneurs who have less than perfect credit scores and small businesses with poor credit histories.
