How we calculate your savings

Calculations are based on data collected via customer surveys, platform usage, and industry research such as pricing for alternative options and national average salaries. Keep in mind that results are an estimate, and not a guarantee.

Money savings are calculated based on cost reduction and spend prevention:

• Incremental Cashback: Cashback dollars earned from moving existing card and AP spend to Ramp cards + yield with Ramp Treasury based on your net working cash.
• Direct Savings: Savings from preventing unauthorized spend with Ramp-specific controls, reducing employee reimbursements and booking hotels on Ramp Travel.
• Platform Savings: Savings from replacing legacy systems with Ramp, including expense report and reimbursement platforms, AP and accounting operations.

Time savings are calculated based on employee type:

• Finance and Accounting team: Speed up monthly close by increasing accuracy and reducing manual follow-ups. Let Ramp prompt, collect, and match receipts from employees, and use our accounting automation software to reliably sync and map transactions to your accounting provider.
• Employees: Submit expenses and get reimbursed with just a few clicks. Ramp automatically collects and instantly matches receipts to transactions. Using context from the transaction and receipt, our software even helps you code and categorize.
