New on Ramp: April edition

This month we’re unveiling new features that will help you save money on travel, set more granular roles, and create spend programs in just minutes.

Here are some highlights.

Travel: If the price drops, we’ll catch it.

Dynamic hotel prices mean businesses often miss out on the best rate. If you book a refundable hotel through Ramp Travel, we’ll automatically rebook if the price drops. You get the same reservation, at a lower cost, without lifting a finger.

And now, you can book rental cars through Ramp Travel as well. Flights, hotels, and cars—all in one place and within policy.

Treasury upgrades: Keep your money under one roof*

You can now use your Ramp Business Account as your primary operating account. Manage all money in and out without switching between platforms.

Get paid into your Business Account directly from customers or external accounts like Stripe. Fund payments outside of Ramp, like payroll and rent, via direct debits.

More user roles, more flexibility

With Ramp Plus, you can now assign more tailored roles like Bookkeeper, Manager, and IT Admin—giving you more control over what users can see and do.

Need to customize further? You can adjust permissions any time.

Expanded direct ERP integrations

Ramp now integrates directly with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Teams that rely on these ERPs can now sync transactions, reimbursements, and more in real-time, plus close their books faster—and with much less manual entries for your finance team.

Pre-set rules to enforce expense policies

Now we're making it even easier to create templates to enforce policies for common expenses like wellness stipends, travel, and office supplies.

Set rules, edit details, or turn off programs with just a few clicks—right from your dashboard.

Ramp had everything we were looking for, and even things we weren't looking for. The policy aspects, that's something I never even dreamed of that a purchasing card program could handle.

With Ramp, everything lives in one place. You can click into a vendor and see every transaction, invoice, and contract. That didn’t exist in Zip. It’s made approvals much faster because decision-makers aren’t chasing down information—they have it all at their fingertips.

The ability to create flexible parameters, such as allowing bookings up to 25% above market rate, has been really good for us. Plus, having all the information within the same platform is really valuable.

How Sana Benefits improved control over T&E spend with Ramp Travel

More vendors are allowing for discounts now, because they’re seeing the quick payment. That started with Ramp—getting everyone paid on time. We’ll get a 1-2% discount for paying early. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but when you’re dealing with hundreds of millions of dollars, it does add up.

How SAM Construction Group LLC gained visibility and supported scale with Ramp Procurement

We’ve simplified our workflows while improving accuracy, and we are faster in closing with the help of automation. We could not have achieved this without the solutions Ramp brought to the table.

VP of Finance, Poshmark

How Poshmark exceeded its free cash flow goals with Ramp

I was shocked at how easy it was to set up Ramp and get our end users to adopt it. Our prior procurement platform took six months to implement, and it was a lot of labor. Ramp was so easy it was almost scary.
