Conditional fields for categories, attendees, and trips

Collecting expense details just got smarter with our fine tuning to submission policies. Admins can now request extra expense details only when needed for specific accounting categories (like client expenses) or scenarios (like attendees for group meals). Everything else can continue to pass through automated workflows.

Auto-generated receipts for smaller transactions

Ramp now automatically generates receipts for transactions under $75 using Visa and merchant data. Employees can stay focused on their work, while finance teams enjoy cleaner records. Need more details? They can still upload additional receipts when necessary. Learn more here.

A better homepage for faster task management

Stay on top of everything in Ramp with a beautiful new homepage. AI surfaces your most urgent tasks, while the activity feed highlights mentions, upcoming payments, and outstanding reimbursements. Less time sorting through to-dos, more time getting things done.

Pay ERP bills on Ramp

Manually entering bills from your ERP? Not anymore. Now you can import unpaid bills directly from your ERP and process payments in bulk with just a few clicks. Enjoy faster transfers, lower fees, cashback, and fewer reconciliation headaches.

Guest travel bookings

Need to book a trip for a job candidate or new hire? Invite guests with Ramp Travel to book flights and hotels using your policy and funds—or book on their behalf. No need for personal reimbursements or out-of-pocket spending.

Issue cards and pay card statements in local currency

Managing global spend has never been easier. Whether your team is using pounds, euros, or dollars, all transactions flow through a single dashboard with one reconciliation process. Different currencies, same smooth operation.
