Save time with accounting automation

To help more customers automate their reconciliation, our suite of accounting integrations now supports Acumatica. We’ve also updated our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central integration to support multi-entity businesses. Universal CSV got an upgrade too, with custom CSV data exports now available in beta.
People asked:
- What kind of data can I export via custom CSV?
Currently, custom CSV only supports credit card transactions, but support for accounts payable invoices and reimbursements is coming soon! To request access to the beta, contact your account manager or Ramp support. - How do transactions sync to my ledger in Acumatica?
Transactions will show up as Acumatica cash purchases. Ramp automatically fills out all fields on the cash purchase form linked to the credit card transaction.
Run a frictionless procurement process

We’ve upgraded Ramp Procurement to automate even more of your purchasing process and safeguard against costly payment errors. Our AI can now generate intake forms for your team, using uploaded contracts and shopping cart screenshots. You can also turn on overbilling protection to get alerted whenever Ramp detects a variance between matched purchase orders and invoices. Lastly, three-way matching is now available for customers on NetSuite, with support for other accounting systems coming soon.
During the webinar, people wanted to know:
- Can I create an invoice with multiple PO references or unique projects per line item?
Currently, only one PO can be matched to an invoice—but the reverse is possible, matching multiple invoices to a single PO. - Can Ramp generate item receipts?
This functionality is coming in August! You’ll be able to upload documents like a bill of lading, and Ramp will automatically capture this information to create an item receipt. - Can I edit intake forms that get auto-filled by Ramp’s AI?
All fields are editable on intake forms after they are auto-filled.
Process bills more efficiently

Did you know Ramp processed over half a million invoices in Q2? You can now manage these bills more easily by using bulk actions to update payment dates, invoice details, and more. Admins can also prevent accidental changes to vendor details by requiring approvals for updates.
We received a lot of great questions on this front:
- What do vendors see when they get a bill for the first time?
Vendors receiving a bill for the first time get two key notifications. The first comes when payment is initiated, showing the expected delivery date. The second arrives after payment completion, providing payment details about the invoice. - Is there a way to undo a bulk action?
When you make a change via bulk actions, your updated bills remain selected on the Ramp dashboard. You can easily do another bulk edit to update them again. - How do I search for an invoice based on invoice number?
Search for invoices by entering the invoice number into the search bar at the top of the dashboard. Alternatively, you can sort invoices in the dashboard by their invoice number. - Can we add or edit approvers in draft bills?
Right now, you can edit approvers after a draft bill has been created, but new capability is coming soon that will allow you to tailor approvers before the bill gets created. - Can I save the changes made to my dashboard views?
You’ll be able to create and save custom dashboard views later in July.

“More vendors are allowing for discounts now, because they’re seeing the quick payment. That started with Ramp—getting everyone paid on time. We’ll get a 1-2% discount for paying early. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but when you’re dealing with hundreds of millions of dollars, it does add up.”
James Hardy

“We’ve simplified our workflows while improving accuracy, and we are faster in closing with the help of automation. We could not have achieved this without the solutions Ramp brought to the table.”
