What’s new: travel updates, powerful integrations, and more

We’re all about creating a seamless, connected experience for you and your team. So this month, we’re introducing new updates that make business travel, expense management, and tool integrations even easier.

Big updates to Ramp Travel

With Delegate Booking via the Assistant role, you can book flights, hotels, and manage expenses on behalf of others with minimal hassle. Say goodbye to all the back-and-forth emails and messages—and hello to efficient, streamlined travel planning.

Location-based Per Diem policies

We get it. Your travel costs depend on where you’re traveling.

Learn how to keep your T&E costs in-check

This month, we’re releasing location-based per diem rates. With this handy update, admins can set dynamic budgets based on where employees are traveling. This guarantees employees have budgets that match the cost of their destinations—no matter where work takes them.

Google Calendar integration: smarter, automated expenses

Imagine if your financial software could sync with your calendar to simplify expense tracking in real-time. That’s exactly what our new Google Calendar Integration does.

By pulling context from your calendar, Ramp can suggest memos, auto-code transactions, and even route approvals when managers are out of office.

A redesigned home base

Our new homepage is all about helping you get through your work faster. With an even more intuitive design, employees can now see all their tasks in one place—whether it’s uploading receipts, adding details, or resolving pending issues.

This update is already leading to 30% faster expense submissions, helping everyone stay on top of tasks without breaking a sweat.

Simplified invoicing at scale

Handling invoices in bulk just got a major upgrade. With Bulk Bill Import, you can code and import line items in a spreadsheet and upload them directly to Ramp.

Our system then performs real-time error detection, ensuring accuracy and automatically creating the bills for approval with just one click. It’s a fast, reliable way to handle large batches of invoices without the repetitive manual entry.

Introducing the App Center

With Ramp’s App Center, you now have a central hub for integrating all your essential tools—from accounting software like QuickBooks to productivity platforms like Outlook. The App Center connects everything, making it easier than ever to automate your financial operations, reduce time spent on administrative tasks, and create a more streamlined, connected workplace.

These updates are all about making your work simpler, faster, and more connected.

With Ramp, everything lives in one place. You can click into a vendor and see every transaction, invoice, and contract. That didn’t exist in Zip. It’s made approvals much faster because decision-makers aren’t chasing down information—they have it all at their fingertips.

The ability to create flexible parameters, such as allowing bookings up to 25% above market rate, has been really good for us. Plus, having all the information within the same platform is really valuable.

How Sana Benefits improved control over T&E spend with Ramp Travel

More vendors are allowing for discounts now, because they’re seeing the quick payment. That started with Ramp—getting everyone paid on time. We’ll get a 1-2% discount for paying early. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but when you’re dealing with hundreds of millions of dollars, it does add up.

How SAM Construction Group LLC gained visibility and supported scale with Ramp Procurement

We’ve simplified our workflows while improving accuracy, and we are faster in closing with the help of automation. We could not have achieved this without the solutions Ramp brought to the table.

How Poshmark exceeded its free cash flow goals with Ramp

I was shocked at how easy it was to set up Ramp and get our end users to adopt it. Our prior procurement platform took six months to implement, and it was a lot of labor. Ramp was so easy it was almost scary.
