Evelyn Xue is a finance and operations leader with deep experience building scalable systems for high-growth companies. She is the VP of Finance & Operations at Fermat Commerce, a Series B marketing technology platform, where she has played a central role in architecting the company’s FinOps stack and driving operating leverage through automation and agent-powered workflows. Evelyn has been instrumental in Fermat’s trajectory, leading the company through both its Series A and Series B fundraises. Evelyn began her career at McKinsey & Company before moving into mid-market private equity and later leading strategic finance functions in venture-backed startups. She brings a unique blend of analytical rigor, systems thinking, and operational discipline to the teams she supports. She earned her engineering degree from Stanford University and is passionate about building financial and operational infrastructure that enables people—and companies—to scale.
