Andrew is a business attorney and advisor that works with high-growth, disruptive private companies through all stages of their lifecycle, from formation to exit. His practice focuses on counseling clients on incorporation and organizational matters and corporate governance and strategy and leading them through a variety of transactions, including angel, seed, venture capital and growth equity financings as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly counsels venture capital funds and other institutional investors in connection with their investments and other portfolio company matters.
