Jimmy Clements, CPA

Jimmy is a CPA specializing in helping growing brands create, implement and manage scalable and effective financial tools and processes. He has provided FP&A, controller and CFO services for CPG brands and restaurant groups, built fundraising models, developed ad hoc financial analysis, and led strategic planning. Jimmy served as vice president of finance for Perfect Keto in Austin, TX where he created and oversaw all processes related to finance and accounting, implemented a new fully-integrated ERP, managed a first-year audit, and led the consolidation of 3 entities post-close after a successful transaction. He also co-founded Greenleaf Advisory Partners where he provides FP&A, CFO and corporate restructuring support for private equity and venture-backed companies. Currently, he is the CFO and owner of Fount Financial, dedicated to helping teams forecast profitability and cash flow, and build their finance function. Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and a masters in accounting from Wake Forest University. Jimmy lives in western North Carolina with his wife, son and two dogs.
