Ramp Stack 101: Get Started with Accounting’s AI Platform

Ramp Stack is an AI platform built for accounting work. Stack helps accounting firms and in-house teams complete accounting workflows end to end using connected systems, files, and team processes.

In this introductory session, we’ll show you how to get started with Stack and deploy your first agent to complete accounting work. We’ll begin with a repetitive, manual workflow, such as a reconciliation or schedule roll-forward. You’ll see how to assign the task, give the Agent context, answer clarifying questions, and review the completed work across Stack.

We’ll cover:

• How to connect accounting systems and other data sources across spend, banking, payroll, payments, revenue, customer systems, file storage, and collaboration tools
• How to assign an Agent to a recurring accounting task
• How to create skills that turn specific and nuanced processes into scalable workflows
• How agents handle reconciliations, transaction coding and matching, journal-entry preparation, supporting workbooks, schedules, accruals, and much more
• How to review sources, actions, workbooks, and outputs through the Session Audit Log
• How to use Stack modules including Fixed Assets, Bank Feeds, and Financial Statements
