Originally from Chicago, Jessy moved to San Francisco in 2016 with a passion for high-growth tech startups and increasing efficiency throughout the customer journey. Jessy joined Ramp in 2022 as the first Customer Education Manager, focused on educating & enabling customers with best practices at scale. She leverages her 3 years as a Customer Success Manager at Groove to drive customer enablement materials and is passionate about putting customer needs at the forefront. Outside of work, Jessy enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
