Anyware Apps Sage 100 Integration

App description
AnyWare Apps’ Sage 100 integration empowers finance teams to automate and streamline spend management across their organization. Whether you’re managing vendor bills, credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, or payments, our connector ensures seamless data flow between Ramp and Sage 100—eliminating manual entry, reducing reconciliation errors, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting.
Why integrate Ramp with Sage 100?
Eliminate manual data entry: Automatically sync transactions and accounting data between Ramp and Sage 100 to save time and minimize errors.
Close books faster: Near real-time syncing enables your accounting team to reconcile transactions quickly and confidently—without waiting on manual imports.
Built for Sage 100 businesses: Secure, encrypted data transfers and flexible subscription tiers make this integration a reliable, scalable solution for growing organizations running Sage 100.
Security and compliance
Access to data flowing through the app is strictly controlled. Anyware staff can only access client environments with explicit client approval and only for support or upgrade tasks. Access to the Configuration App and Azure SQL databases is limited by role, MFA, Entra ID, client keys, and IP allow-lists. Sensitive data such as OAuth tokens is accessible only to authorized personnel. These measures collectively ensure that only those with a legitimate business need and proper authorization can access the data handled by the integration.
The data retention policy specifies that integration metadata logs are retained for twelve months (the current fiscal year) and are then purged. This ensures that only necessary operational data is kept for a limited period, reducing the risk of unnecessary data exposure.
