Security and compliance
No one at our company has access to the raw accounting data flowing through the application. The data is processed in memory and written directly to the customer's Deltek Vantagepoint instance. Access to the final data in Vantagepoint is limited to the customer and any PCI employees who have been granted access to the customer's Vantagepoint environment. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized engineering personnel for operational and troubleshooting purposes. Application logs may contain identifiers, metadata, and limited business context (such as entity names or reference numbers) to support diagnostics, but full financial records are not logged. Logs are retained for up to 30 days in a secured environment with access limited to authorized personnel.
Customer configuration data is retained for the duration of the customer's active subscription. As no accounting data is stored in our systems, there is no transaction data to retain or purge. Upon termination of service, customer configuration data is archived and retained for one year, after which it is deleted. Customers may request earlier deletion of their data at any time.
