Drivetrain is an AI-native FP&A platform for finance teams that want planning, forecasting, and reporting in one place, without spreadsheet sprawl.

Connect Ramp and Drivetrain pulls in your card transactions, reimbursements, bills, and the users and departments behind them. Ramp spend sits next to your ERP, HRIS, and CRM data, so budget vs. actuals by department, vendor, or cost center stays current without manual exports. The connection is read-only.

With Ramp data in Drivetrain, you can:

Track department spend against budget without waiting for month-end
Build opex forecasts on real spend trends
Share board and management reports with drill-down to the transaction
Ask Drive AI questions about spend in plain English and get cited answers

Drivetrain uses familiar Excel-style formulas, supports multi-entity and multi-currency, and comes with 60+ ready-made models.

Security and compliance

Within the customer's Drivetrain workspace, access follows the roles and permissions the customer configures, so only users they authorize can see Ramp-derived data. No Drivetrain employee has routine access to customer data; a limited number of authorized platform engineers can access production data only where necessary to operate or support the service, such as investigating a customer-reported sync failure.

Data is retained only while there is a continued and valid business reason to store or process it, and all customer data stored in Drivetrain, including Ramp data, is deleted within 60 days of termination of the subscription. Customers may also request deletion at any time in writing, subject to identity verification and evaluation of the request. On deletion, data is permanently removed from cloud storage, databases and backups using secure deletion protocols such as cryptographic erasure, with backup copies purged in line with the retention terms agreed with the customer.
