Krumb is an Integration Platform that automates the bi-directional flow of approved transactions from Ramp into Yardi and other Real Estate ERP platforms eliminating manual CSV exports, spreadsheet manipulation, and posting errors.
Built specifically for Real Estate operators, Krumb preserves ERP-native accounting controls while delivering a fully automated, auditable, and scalable integration across portfolios and systems.
- Automatically syncs approved Ramp credit card transactions and reimbursements into Yardi and supported real estate ERPs
- Synchronizes GL accounts, Properties, Vendors, and Segment mappings from Yardi into Ramp to ensure transactions are coded using Yardi as the system of record
- Syncs transaction status back to Ramp for end-to-end visibility
- Provides a centralized UI for end-to-end transaction visibility across Ramp and Yardi
Security and compliance
Only authorized team members can access customer data when needed for support or maintenance. Access is limited, logged, and controlled through Azure role-based permissions.
Our application does not currently have a standardized data retention policy.
However, given our multi-tenant architecture, we provide flexible data retention and deletion configurations to meet individual client requirements and regulatory expectations.
