Security and compliance
Access to customer data is strictly limited and governed by role-based access controls. Only authorized Engineering and Customer Success personnel may access customer data, and such access is granted solely for legitimate support purposes, troubleshooting, or service maintenance activities. All data access is logged and monitored, and personnel with data access are bound by confidentiality agreements and trained on data privacy best practices.
Customer data is retained for the duration of the active subscription period. Following subscription termination, data is retained for up to 90 days to facilitate potential account reactivation or data retrieval requests. After this retention period, data is securely deleted in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Customers may request early deletion of their data upon contract termination.
