Our Ramp–Odoo integration provides a seamless, near real-time connection between Ramp's spend management platform and your Odoo ERP. It automatically syncs expenses, bills, reimbursements, purchase orders, receipts, vendors, users, statements, and key master data (chart of accounts, analytic accounts). This eliminates manual entry, reduces errors, and keeps both systems aligned so your team always has up-to-date information.
Security and compliance
General Employees: No. Regular employees and staff cannot view or access any customer data flowing through the PARA Ramp-Odoo integration.
Developers & Engineering Manager: Yes
Controls in Place:
Access is enforced through Azure RBAC and least-privilege permissions.
All actions are logged, monitored, and auditable.
Credentials and sensitive information remain encrypted and cannot be viewed directly.
Transactional Data:
No financial or transactional data (e.g., bills, expenses, vendors) is stored by the PARA integration.
All such records are processed in real time and passed securely between Ramp and Odoo without retention.
Credentials & Authentication Data
API credentials and tokens are stored only in Azure SQL Database in encrypted form
Error Metadata
If a record fails to sync, minimal metadata is retained temporarily:
- Internal record ID
- Timestamp of failure
- Error message
- Source and destination system
- Record type (e.g., Vendor, accounting field)
This metadata is automatically deleted once the issue is resolved and the sync is successful.
