At point of swipe, sales reps log HCP spend, select providers through real-time lookup, and capture all required Open Payments fields with zero extra tools. Finance teams can then download a fully validated, audit-ready Open Payments CSV file in one click — no spreadsheets, no bolt-on tools, and Q1 prep time shrinks from weeks to minutes.
For organizations seeking expanded verification capabilities in their compliance processes, Ramp also offers an integration with MedPro Systems, the industry leader in healthcare provider data and Aggregate Spend reporting.
The MedPro integration includes two components:
- DirectID – Ramp: Search and add healthcare professional (HCP) data from the MedPro System’s MedProID database directly within Ramp so transactions are tagged with complete, accurate provider details.
- DirectID – Ramp Export (coming in Q2 2026): Automatically deliver aggregate spend reporting from Ramp to MedPro’s Compliance Reporting ID (MCR) platform to support CMS Open Payments, state and local transparency reporting requirements.

This integration was developed by Ramp and can access your data. Data will be accessed and shared with 3rd parties as described in the Ramp Platform Agreement, including the Integration Terms.
Ramp may send data collected via this application to sub processors and other third parties as described in the Ramp Platform Agreement.
