Top SaaS vendors on Ramp (November 2025)
Every month, Ramp processes billions of dollars in business expenses on its corporate card and bill pay platform. And every month, we rank the new vendors that customers are purchasing from for the first time to give you a glimpse into emerging market trends, companies on the rise, and much more.
My favorite thing about this monthly list is the range. ServiceNow and Google share space with companies like Panther Labs and Knit. NVIDIA appears alongside Gong. Microsoft competes with Monday CRM.
Maybe you haven’t heard of half the companies on this list, but I want you to hear about them! This list is one of the only software trend lists that’s based on actual business spend data. It’s not vibes or VC hype or which founder has the best social media presence. It’s actual purchasing decisions made by businesses on Ramp. I hope they help you make better purchasing decisions.
Here’s a breakdown of the top SaaS vendors last month:
By new customer count | By new spend |
|---|---|
1. Intuit | 1. ServiceNow |
2. OpenAI | 2. IMO Health |
3. Canva | 3. Google |
4. Anthropic | 4. Microsoft |
5. Prezi | 5. Kaseware |
And the fastest-growing vendors:
By largest percentage change in new customer count | By largest percentage change in new spend |
|---|---|
1. Prezi | 1. ServiceNow |
2. Parallels | 2. Panther Labs |
3. Gatsby | 3. Gong |
4. NVIDIA | 4. Knit |
5. Monday CRM | 5. Zendesk |
Standouts
- This is now the third straight month Prezi, the zooming presentation software you loved or hated in high school, has appeared on our list. This time it’s number one for the first time. I know several VCs follow this list, and I imagine you guys are already on their pivot to B2B.
- An executive once told me their sales team’s AI strategy is just using Gong, a platform that records and analyzes calls with prospects and clients.
- ServiceNow is an enterprise behemoth whose main business (building workflows for IT, HR, and customer service) is threatened by a dozen new AI agent software startups every month. They’re responding competitively, launching their own AI agents and capturing new spend from Ramp businesses.
- OpenAI and Anthropic both rapidly added new customers. We recently found 93% of AI software buyers choose OpenAI versus 40% who purchase Anthropic. Anthropic’s growing share is another sign that companies are multihoming — buying from multiple AI model companies to support their operations.
