Formerly he spent seven years at JPMorgan Chase supporting various businesses such as Commercial Banking, Asset Management and Capital Markets. Most recently he was tasked with building out the FinTech Partnerships & Investments team for the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan, a new group responsible for sourcing and executing business development opportunities (M&A, strategic investments, partnerships) with a focus on Tech. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst. Outside of work, Jonathan is an amateur chef, loving dog dad, and avid traveler.

Karim Atiyeh is the co-founder and CTO of Ramp. As CTO, Karim focuses on building the next generation of finance tools – from corporate cards and expense management, to bill payments and accounting integrations – designed to save businesses time and money. Before Ramp, Karim built Y Combinator-backed Paribus, a price-tracking app to help consumers save money on their everyday online purchases. He sold Paribus to Capital One in 2016. A Lebanese entrepreneur, Karim holds a BA in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Kashif is a CPA with over two decades of expertise in procure-to-pay, finance, and accounting operations. A seasoned professional, he excels in consulting and operations related to purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivables, fixed assets, general ledger, and financial reporting. He is also a hand-on SAP user and a certified SAP professional in financial accounting, treasury, central finance, sourcing & procurement. Kashif has worked on numerous business process management and consulting projects. In these roles, he utilized process mining tools like Signavio and Celonis to identify process inefficiencies in business processes helping them save millions of dollars and utilize their resources effectively. Kashif also specializes in crafting comprehensive business cases for customers on the brink of business transformation. He brings expertise in collaborating with customers to identify and quantify the benefits of transformation, conducting cost vs benefit analysis, and assessing project economics. As a certified Scrum Master, he has successfully led teams through Agile and Waterfall software development projects, prioritizing effective motivation, monitoring, and mentoring for success. Kashif holds an MBA degree in finance from the University of Pune and currently resides in Mumbai, India, with his wife, two daughters, and a cat.

Kate Devonshire joined Ramp in April 2020. In her role as an Enterprise Account Executive, she works directly with finance leaders and accounting teams to help them evaluate their technology stack and uncover where they can save both time and money. As a founding member of Ramp’s sales team, she’s worked with over 1,000 customers and helped establish Ramp’s footprint in the market. Prior to Ramp, she worked at HR technology companies, Namely and CareerBuilder. Kate currently lives in Hudson, NY with her husband, Josh and dog, Winston.

Kimia studied Economics and Business at the University of Victoria and University of British Columbia.
