Crossing the pond: Ramp is now live in the UK

“Delightful” isn’t a word you associate with a finance platform, or any platform for that matter. But it’s how our customers describe Ramp. Increasingly, we’re hearing it from UK customers, too.
We’ve spent the summer working in tandem with beta testers in the UK. They’ve put Ramp to work on everyday finance tasks, from submitting expenses to paying bills and syncing transactions to their books. Their feedback has shaped every step.
Today, I’m excited to announce that Ramp is live in the UK.
Finance, without the fuss
Delight is in the details. For someone submitting an expense, that might mean sending a quick WhatsApp message instead of opening an app. For the finance team, it’s seeing the receipt matched to the right transaction, with the information carried through correctly all the way to accounting.

We’ve brought corporate cards, expenses, bill payments, and accounting together in Ramp so those details stay connected. Transactions sync to supported accounting systems with VAT and memos included. Bills move through approval and payment, then into the books. Each step helps prepare for the next.
That makes a difference at month-end. With more of the records already in place, there’s less to gather before you close—and more time to look closely at where costs are changing, where you could save, and what to plan for next.
Here’s what UK teams can use today:
- Corporate cards: Issue cards and set controls before employees spend a penny
- Expense management: Collect receipts and automatically review expenses against your policy, without the back-and-forth
- Bill payments: Route bills for approval and pay suppliers from Ramp
- Accounting automation: Sync transaction and bill details automatically to your linked accounting system, like Xero, Quickbooks, and more
And there’s more to come. Our early UK customers have helped shape what we’re launching today, and they’ll help shape what we build next, too.
A welcome return to Ramp, this time in the UK
For one of our early customers, Fyxer, this meant coming back to a product they already knew and loved.
Fyxer is taking its AI assistant beyond email to help people across all their communications at work. Their goal: never miss what matters. It’s an idea we believe in, too. For finance teams, that means less time chasing receipts and more time spotting rising costs, finding savings, and helping the business decide where to invest next.
“We became Ramp customers in the US and loved the product. When we moved back to the UK, we had to make do without it. As soon as we heard Ramp was launching here, we immediately wanted back in.”
—Richard Hollingsworth, CEO and co-founder, Fyxer
In their first month back on Ramp, the team closed the books four days faster, a roughly 40% improvement.
That’s what we want more UK finance teams to experience. And thanks to feedback from early users like Fyxer, we’re now ready to open our doors to all businesses in the UK.
To the customers who helped us get ready to launch: thank you for your generous time and feedback. And to those we haven’t yet had the chance to help: we hope to get the opportunity to get you and your team time back, too.

“Invoices, cards, tokens. The categories change but the principle doesn't: know where the money is going, remove the work around it, and make sure the spend is worth it.”

“There's just no surprises anymore. No more waiting two months to find out how a job did. We know how it's doing as it's happening.”

“More token spend isn’t proof that AI is working. Less isn’t proof that it isn’t. What matters is whether we’re buying the right level of intelligence for the work. Ramp lets us make that judgment in the same place we manage every other type of spend.”

Senior Director of Business Systems, Daxko

“Most banks treat the back office as a cost to keep down. We treat ours as a return to compound, which is why we run it on Ramp. Now we put our clients on Ramp, too.”

“Browserbase builds infrastructure so AI agents can do real work. Ramp is doing the same for finance. It’s not another tool. It’s a system purpose-built for AI-driven finance, and that’s why we chose Ramp as our financial operating system from day one.”

“We used to pay up to $20k a year for our AP platform. With Ramp, we’re earning back well over that amount. That's money that belongs to the mission now, not to the back-office software.”

“The tricky thing about corporate travel policy is timing. We didn't need a stricter policy. We needed the policy to show up earlier. With Ramp Travel, it finally does.”

“We're accountable to our funders, our partners, and the families we serve. That accountability starts with how we manage every dollar. Ramp makes it easy for our team to spend wisely, track in real time, and keep overhead low so more resources reach the families navigating infertility.”
