Kim is a Global HR and Talent Executive with international and US market experience across multiple industries and company stages. Kim started her career at Merck out of graduate school, where she worked across a variety of HR disciplines. While at Merck, Kim also lived abroad in Switzerland and Hong Kong as a HR leader in the Emerging Markets. After Merck, Kim pivoted into start-up HR and has spent the past 7 years leading HR across startups of different sizes and stages. Kim is currently at Tomo, a digital mortgage start-up, where she joined at seed round as the first People hire to build and lead the function from scratch. Kim lives in New Canaan, CT with her husband and her three young boys!
